What To Eat Or Avoid Eating While Cleaning Your Colon

You should just choose one to take daily and take it 2 to 3 times a day. Oil will maintain your hormonal balance and keep your glands and skin smooth.

To replenish the good bacteria needed in your colon you can take a natural organic herb called Kefir or you can eat fermented sauerkraut.

It is also good to take Vitamin C supplement such as Ester-C to help lessen the effects of removing the toxins, which can make you feel tired. Take the Vitamin C supplement in the morning.

Yeast flakes are full of B-vitamins and minerals and are the next best thing to consume next to the raw egg yolk. You can mix yeast flakes in milk or juice.
