A large percentage of your body mass is made up of water so it is no surprise that we need water for health. He need water for health and your body cannot function properly without it. Every cell in your body needs water for health so be sure to drink plenty of water for health. It has been said that the average person needs to drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of plain water per day. Depending upon your size and level of activity, you may need more or less than this amount of water for health, but it is a good benchmark. A lot of people drink so many other things all day and they don't get enough water for help. They may drink a lot more than 64 ounces per day of drinks, but if it isn't pure, clean water it just doesn't count. The drinks they drink, may even be made with water but if it isn't pure, plain water it just isn't water for health.
People drink coffee, tea, soda, fruit drinks and milk and they think this counts as water for health, but it doesn't count as water for health. In order to be water for health the has to be pure, clean water and nothing else. Many people claim that they just can't drink this much water for health so they don't even try. But if you make the effort you will find that it becomes easier and easier to drink plenty of water for health. And you will begin feeling so good that you will be glad you made the effort to drink enough water for health. If you always carry a bottle of water with you and get in the habit of drinking water for health at regular intervals then you will get enough water for health. It has been said that you shouldn't wait until your thirsty to drink water for health as by then you are already dehydrated and causing your body stress and even damage. Proper hydration is very important to the inner workings of your entire body so that is why we need water for health. Dehydration can be a very dangerous thing. People have died from dehydration.
If you are sweating profusely for some reason, say physical exertion or extreme heat, it is vitally important to drink lots and lots of water for health. It is also very bad for people to become dehydrated because they're sick. If you're suffering from diarrhea or high fever you are probably becoming dehydrated in the process. Without plenty of water for help, your condition will worsen as your body becomes weaker due to dehydration and a fairly simple illness can become life threatening. So always be sure to get plenty of water for health.
We have all heard the horror stories about people dying from drinking too much water but hyper hydration is very hard to achieve so it's not really a concern when you're consuming a normal amount of water for health. In order to injure yourself with too much water, you probably have to drink two or three gallons of water in a matter of minutes and no one who understands even the least little bit about water for health will be doing that anyway.
