Vitamins play an important role in the body functioning and maintenance. Therefore, people generally prefer the food that is rich source of the vitamins moreover; they supplement the diet with oral supplement of the vitamin in tablets form. However, this amount becomes more than required amount and these mega doses of the vitamins cause vitamin toxicity.

Vitamin d is required in the body and best source of this vitamin is sun. However, it does not mean to get vitamin D one has to stand in the sunlight more than the required time. More exposure to the sunlight causes the sunburn effect to the skin. Over does of the vitamin D leads to nausea and if it becomes severe, it will raise the problems of appetite loss, weakness, and abnormal heart rhythm

Over does of the vitamin A, will increases the heart risk symptoms of this heart risk are nothing but the headache, vomiting, giddiness it also lacks the coordination of muscles. Generally, vitamin a toxicity comes due to intake of large amount of the vitamin A within short period. Vitamin a will not just cause the heart risk but it also shows the spoiled nervous system or liver, birth defects.

Increased intake of vitamin B6 will gives rise to damaged nerves, and if it is not get cure it will show the serious side effects. Therefore, it becomes necessary to consume the intake of vitamin B6 in controlled manner.

Increased intake of vitamin C will generate kidney stone. It is not the case that if one is consuming vitamins more than the required amount will be toxic but consumption of single vitamin will also be toxic. Consumption of single vitamin more than requirement will decrease other vitamin levels in the body and this will gives rise to another problems. Theses problems are also serious and therefore one has to control the intake of particular vitamin.

Therefore, it is mandatory that one need to intake the proper amount of vitamins through the daily diet. High consumption of vitamins in the form of pills may become the toxicity but consumption through the regular diet will not become the toxicity and therefore one try to include the vitamins through regular diet.
