Food from the animal contains lot of fats and by consuming such food will increase the fat levels in human beings. Increased amount of the fatty food will give rise to the increase in human weight. Therefore, many of the peoples are turning towards the vegetarian food. Vegetarian food will keeps body healthy and fit, therefore peoples believe in the vegetarian food. Only vegetarian food will not give the sufficient amount of the vitamin to the body.

Some of the vitamins can obtain only through the animals. Therefore, vegetarian food lacks behind in the vitamins. Generally, vegetarian peoples try to avoid the absorption of fats in the body so as to be secure with obesity, hypertension, heart ailments, strokes and other diseases. However, this decreases other vitamin levels in the body. Therefore, these peoples suffer mild or severe deficiencies of vitamins.

Almost al the vegetarians will be deficient prominently in vitamin B12 as it is found in animal meat. Therefore, these peoples try to include cereals, brewers yeast, and soy beverages in the breakfast. This will fulfill the required amount up to certain level.

Another deficiency vegetarian peoples may face is of vitamin D, to overcome this deficiency one need to be expose themselves in direct sunlight. With this body skin will be able to synthesis vitamin D. this will serve the problem in some extend.

Vegetarians who are vegans they refuse to consume food other than fruits, grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Therefore, these people’s lacks in vitamin B12 as it can be getting through eggs and dairy products.

There are some peoples who includes milk and dairy products in their diet and therefore these peoples are not that much deficient in the vitamins but little bit. Though they include these foods in their diets, they still need the extra does of vitamins.

Semi vegetarian peoples generally include chicken, fish, but no other types of meat. Therefore, these people are less deficient in vitamins in comparison with the pure vegetarian peoples. Therefore they does not need external supplement of the vitamins.

Though these peoples do not face the deficiency of vitamins, they need adequate amount of the vitamins. To serve this problem vegetarian need to supplement their food with oral consumption of the vitamin pills. This will be helpful in increasing the vitamin level inside the body.
