Tension And Stress
Tension and stress go together like jam and bread. Stress causes tension. That is not in and of itself a bad thing. It is the constant holding of tension from stress that can lead to problems. But tension and stress are a fact of life. Stress is a natural part of our environment and tension is its natural result. Tension and stress can become a problem when you are dealing with chronic stress. Tension and stress will begin to overwhelm you and under these circumstances tension and stress can make you sick. Tension and stress must be dealt with in a constructive way.
One of the best ways to deal the Tension and stress is to get to the root of it and stop Tension and stress before they even begin. If you can find the source of your Tension and stress there may be something positive you can do about it. Tension and stress doesn't just happen on its own. There may be someone in your life who is causing your tension and stress. There are two ways to deal with these tension and stress causing people and events. You can either prevent them from happening or you can adjust your reaction to them.
Many times the things that cause us great tension and stress cannot be removed from our lives so easily. If your boss is causing you undo tension and stress, you could talk to her, but that may not do much. Or you could quit your job, but that may not be practical way to deal with your tension and stress. But the options are there. Or you could deal with your tension and stress by learning to control your reactions to what your tension and stress causers do to you. Your mental attitude does a lot to affect your reactions to your tension and stress causers.
If you can get enough control maybe they won't cause you tension and stress anymore. Or at least you can learn to lessen your tension and stress and relieve it in positive ways so that tension and stress does not ruin your life or health. You will never be able to totally eliminate tension and stress from your life so it would be best to learn how to channel that tension and stress into positive action and learn how to relieve your tension and stress so that you can be as physically relaxed as possible.
