What we eat and drink will reflect our skin. Therefore, healthy diet is compulsory in day-to-day life. In case of the skin, what we do not eat can affect the skin and its complexion. If any one is having the deficiency of vitamins it will results in the dry skin, acne, psoriasis and skin eruption. Therefore, to keep skin healthy and glorious vitamin A, C, D and E are necessary. Dull and lifeless skin is preferred with the vitamins.
Vitamin A is necessary to treat the acne, therefore the peoples who are consuming vitamin A daily and regularly are able to keep the acne away. Selenium mineral is necessary to keep cancer away for this; intake of cereal, nuts and eggs is must. Selenium is also helpful in the performance of the chemotherapy and this will slow down the aging problem. Daily does of the selenium will improve ease of burning effects of sun radiation.
Therefore, vitamins are effective, safe, and cheap to consume. However, natural forms of the vitamins are more effective than the synthetic form. Vitamins are necessary to balance the skin as little intake of the vitamins will cause oily face. When skin becomes dull and pallor becomes gray at that time generally intake of Biotin is helpful. Many of the fruits and vegetables help to improve the Biotin in body.
Therefore the important vitamins for the skin are A, C, D, E, Niacin, Biotin, and vitamin K these will cure the skin and prevent it from becoming dry, Acne, psoriasis, and skin eruption. Therefore, either to reduce the entire things one must consume vitamins daily in the tablet or capsule form otherwise one may have it in the soluble form. Natural sources for the vitamins are like banana, eggs, oatmeal, rice and almost all the vegetables. If any one is having vitamins in varying form then it is also safe will show any bad effects.
Some of the vitamins are fat-soluble; body will store these vitamins and can build up over the time. However, while consuming the vitamins high doses should be avoided.
