Role Of Vitamins In The Complete Diet
Vitamins is necessary part of diet in daily life, therefore function of the body will be in proper manner. An ideal diet is supposed to be richer in the vitamins. However, if this diet is not providing the required amount of vitamins then external supplement of it is necessary. This will also help in maintaining the vitamin level.
Vitamins will play important role for pregnant woman and nourishing mother in their daily diet. However, pregnant women cannot rely just on diet to fulfill the required amount of vitamin and therefore for them external supplement is necessary. This will help them in well growth of fetus. Same is true for nourishing mother, as they have to feed full spectrum of vitamins to there baby
Smokers are at the high risk of heart attack. They will be benefited by adding vitamins to their diet. In the circulatory system of body of the smoker, smoking sends tars, other residues, and these entire substances pass through the veins and arteries. This residue can damage the lining of those blood vessels. This will saturate cholesterol in the veins and will narrow them down; this will increase the heart attack risk.
Therefore, smokers try to prevent such built up as well as try to limit the amount of fat in their diet. Limitation in the diet may lead to inadequate amount of vitamins so as to maintain the level of vitamins external supplement is necessary. For this reason, smokers must be encouraged to take vitamins in supplement with regular diet.
Vital role of vitamins is for the peoples with reduced appetite. The person who has chronic diseases may cause loss of appetite. Therefore these peoples must consume vitamins in there daily diet. Vitamins are necessary to improve skin complexion. Balanced level of vitamins will reduce dullness, and darkness. Inadequate amount of vitamins in the body may cause oily skin.
To remove dullness and to get shiny hairs vitamins play important role. Sufficient amount of vitamin is necessary for hair growth. Different vitamins will increases the circulation of scalp and therefore hair growth will be proper. These are different roles of vitamins in the complete diet.
