This is because during the entire time that you are on this particular diet you will only be drinking lemonade along with just water, a salt water flush and herbal teas. You will not b able to consume any kind of food and this will even include soups. But just what kinds of lemonade diet results can a person expect to achieve when following the regime for this particular diet.

Well in many cases people have found that they feel a lot better after they have followed the regime for between the 10 to 40 days that you are meant to use it. In fact in an informal survey that was carried out in January 2005 of the 141 people who actually completed the lemonade diet it was found that nearly 75% of them said they had more energy than they did prior to starting it.

Another thing that has made the lemonade diet so popular today with so many people is that not only does it make people feel better but another beneficial side effect of this diet is that they found that they lost weight without having to try too hard. In fact many reports are appearing of people who use this diet in order to provide their digestive system with a rest as well as removing toxins from their bodies have found that one of the best lemonade diet results to occur is that they lose up to about 10 lbs in weight that they would normally find difficult to lose.
