1 fluid oz (2 tablespoons) of organic Grade B maple syrup. It is important that you use only this type of maple syrup and no other as they do not contain the correct kinds of nutrients within them.

1 tenth of a teaspoon or more of cayenne pepper (it must be the hot red pepper).

8 Fluid Ounces (1 cup) of either purified or spring water. However, you must not use fluoridated water such as that from your kitchen tap.

However, as well as drinking the lemonade diet recipe drink above a person using this method to help cleanse their body should also drink a herbal laxative tea each evening before they go to bed.
