How To Learn Ejaculatory Control
Premature ejaculation can be a touchy subject for a lot of guys, but rule number one in dealing with your ejaculation problems is to know that you are not in it alone. Nearly every man experiences some kind of problem with premature ejaculation in their lifetimes, and many men experience these kinds of problems on a long term scale. Once you come to terms with the fact that you are not alone in dealing with this issue, you can take the next step and start looking for help. The good news is that you can learn to control your ejaculation and achieve the sex life you have always desired.
Believe it or not, the best way to learn to control your ejaculation is to practice. However, you don't want to practice with a partner. Instead, you should practice learning to control your ejaculation through masturbation. By following a training process using masturbation, you will be able to predict and eventually control your ejaculation.
The first past of the training involves masturbating every day, without a lubricant. When you are masturbating, pay close attention to your body signals. Don't worry about lasting longer when you start; simply learn to recognize the signs that you are heading for ejaculation. Once you feel confident you know the signs then add a new step to the routine. When you feel the beginning of climax coming on, stop the masturbation. Pay attention to your body signals that the excitement is decreasing. At first, stop only for 15 seconds, and then bring yourself to climax. As you begin to feel confident that you can recognize the feelings of increased and decreased excitement, experiment with stopping more often and stopping for longer, bringing yourself to close to climax and then decreasing your excitement several times in one session. It is important to know that your erection may go away as you go through this routine. That is completely normal and will dissipate over time. If you lose your erection, simply attempt to regain it and start again.
When you feel confident that you know the feelings of increased and decreased arousal and that you have some control over how and when these feelings come, start performing this routine with a lubricant. Adding a lubricant will mimic penetration more closely. You may need to start over in your training and build back up to the point you were at, but that is absolutely normal and fine.
When you feel completely confident, you can invite your partner into the picture. You will want to follow the same start and stop routine during intercourse as you did while masturbating, but equipped with more control over your arousal, you will know when to start and when to stop to prevent ejaculation before you want it. Be aware that it may take a little bit of practice with a partner to reach the full level of comfort you had during masturbation. With the help of a supportive partner, however, your premature ejaculation could be a thing of the past.
