<description>Interesting. I found your site because I am so sensitive to everything. I noticed (especially now that I hit 51) that I really feel different during all kinds of changes that take place around me. Its winter here in MN and I noticed my body really wants to slow down (even if I don&#039;t want it to). I am trying to learn to honor what my body is telling me. I also noticed I am more excited about excercising in the Spring and Summer. I was thinking before I found your site that maybe I need to do more yoga rather then aroebics in the winter...I don&#039;t know. Do you have any insight into this...would your newsletter help...do you have any suggested books or links I could get more info on this?
