Having A Fat Free Diet
Many cholesterol prone cases are coming up these days. Diseases such as cardiac arrest, blood pressure and diabetes are the cause of the increase in the level of cholesterol. Source of the cholesterol is not from what we eat. When we intake the food, we tend to eat fats. Fats are further used up by the body. They are actually burn down by the body to generate the energy for body. But if these fats are not used or burnt down by body they start accumulating at the walls of the veins. These accumulated fats further get transformed in to the cholesterol. If fat free food is consumed it can definitely decrease the level cholesterol from the body. If the body already contains lot of fats then negative calorie food should be consumed.
Negative calorie food or low fat free food
Negative calorie foods use more calories present in the body to digest it. It uses so many calories that it also does not contain those amounts of the calorie. Rather calories from the negative calorie foods are much harder for the body to use. In other words, the body has to work hard in order to extract calories from these foods. Even though this type of food may contain equal amount of calories, the actual calories that possibly turn into fat in burning foods is very low. This food may contain as fewer calories as they are actually available to the body. This provides these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.
How the negative calorie diet will work
Some food consisting of 400 calories may only require 150 calories to digest by our body, resulting in a gain of 250 calories that remain in the body. Where as negative calorie food may contain five calorie and may require 150 calories to digest, resulting in a net loss of 145 calories from body. The more you consume negative diet, the more you lose weight. Foods contain nutrients such as carbohydrate, fat and vitamin. Vitamins stimulate the living tissues to produce an enzyme that breaks down the caloric nutrients of that food.
