Food Eating Habits And Vitamins
Vitamins are the essential element in the body for the proper functions. Not only restricted with the function but vitamins are helpful in proper growth of the body. Good source of the vitamin is a balanced, nutritious diet has abundant source of the vitamins, and one will not be vitamin deficient by consuming this diet. However, if the food is not sufficient in the vitamins then external supplement of vitamins along with the regular food is necessary.
Many of the peoples face the problem of vitamin deficiency. This is because of the changed eating habit of food. Every person prefers fast food, as it is quick to prepare and instant stomach filler. However, more intake of such food decreases the vitamin level in the body. This decreased level may causes the disease because of the deficiencies.
Deficiencies lead the disease like cancer, anemia, and irregular blood pressure. Not only this; but vitamins deficiency leads hair loss, hair growth, bad texture, dull, oily skin, acne problems. Vitamin deficiency in pregnant woman can cause birth defects and regarding problems. If a lactating or pregnant woman is vitamin deficient, she will not be able to provide full nutrition to her developing infant.
Vitamins will helps in releasing the stored energy of crabs and fats in the body. Vitamins will decrease the chances of diseases that may occur due to the bad food eating habits. For this purpose one need to include proper food in the diet. This diet is supposed to include the food that is rich in the vitamins. For this purpose one need to include meat, milk, milk products, eggs, fruits and green vegetables in the diet.
Just including all these item does not mean but it is necessary to intake these food in combination of each other. Proper combination of diet will give the appropriate result. Daily consumption of these foods will maintain the vitamin level inside the body. This consumption will saturate the sufficient amount of vitamins inside the body. Saturation of vitamins will give healthy and well-grown body and as, body is well adequate with the vitamins disease resistance capacity of the body increases. Therefore, it is mandatory to include the vitamins in daily diet.
