Gym is the most fabulous form of the exercise. If you are bored up with the regular exercise like jogging etc, or you don't want to take the risk of injury while dancing then gym is most suitable form of the exercise. In gym various equipments can help to tone up your body and to maintain it. With the help of the equipments you can concentrate on the part of the body. Specific equipment can help you to do that and there is no need to work out for whole body.

Equipments and there uses in the gym

1. Treadmill: Treadmill or walker is very peculiar type of equipment, which helps you to run or walk in the gym at the same place it. It will avail you all that exercise which you get from running or jogging. It regulates the heart and pulse beat so it is segregated as the cardio exercise.

2. Cycling: This is the stationary cycle. It has digital counter of speed and calories burnt meter. Just like normal street cycle this cycle is as useful as that cycle to form a good exercise to your body.

3. Dumbbells: People have belief that dumbbells are the dumbest form of the exercise. But they are most effective on your upper body. With this you can loose all extra fat on your arms, chest or back.

4. Leg master: This is the equipment, which is a bit rigorous. But as it exercises the most important part of your body thighs, buttocks and waist, it has to be rigorous.

5. Weight bench: Weight bench is very important form of the gym equipment. It exercises whole body as the weight is applied on the palm to chest, waist to legs.

6. Twister: Twister is very unusual type of exercise. It is fun while using twister. It is very easy to use the twister as it is designed in very simple form. It takes only the body energy to work. It helps to tone the waist very naturally.

7. Lateral thigh trainer: This helps you to tone the lateral thigh by keeping it flat. It helps to strengthen heart and lungs. It increases muscle' strength, endurance and power.
