This force is guided, control and regulated with the help of important organs of the body such as heart, brain, kidney and adrenal glands. Generally, minute fluctuation of pressure in the blood is common in everybody.

High blood pressure or low blood pressure will not remain constant through out the day but it varies. Majority of the peoples suffers with high blood pressures. Men develop blood pressure more often than the women do. Smokers have lot of chances of blood pressure. To decrease the chances of blood pressure vitamins are useful. When minerals stay unaffected to maintain the blood pressure vitamins are used.

Vitamins will be helpful to maintain healthy life style. In healing with the blood pressure, vitamin C plays the major role. Vitamin C will increase the dilation of the blood vessels. This will enlarge the veins and arteries significantly and therefore the blood in the vein or arteries will not exert excess pressure on that.

Vitamin B is essential for red blood cells formation. This will help in lowering the high blood pressure in many peoples. Vitamin B will reduce the prominent homocystein level. Vitamins are helpful in maintaining the proper blood pressure but it is customary to take advice from the physician before going for these remedies. Doctors will prefer the appropriate and adequate amount of vitamins so as to be effective on the blood pressure.

Vitamins are good source to maintain the blood pressure in the patients. One tries to supply the adequate amount of the vitamins through the regular diet. Sufficient amount of the vitamins through regular diet will help in increasing the vitamin level in the body. This will decrease the external supplement of vitamins through pills or tablets.

However, when the food is enable to provide the proper amount of vitamins then external supplement through pills is necessary. Vitamins are supplemented with the exercises then it will be more effective than other medications.
