The vitamins are the second most important things that we should regularly include in our diet if we have to survive. Though the primary nutrients as the proteins carbohydrates and fats are very important structural and maintainers of the body, even the vitamins also play a similar role in the body.

They are responsible for the initiating, controlling and facilitating the various processes in the body. Therefore, they are very important. Our body requires a constant and regular supply of them as per the requirements. If our body does not get them in the right amount then some deficiency diseases may occur with the body.

The different vitamins play different roles in the body. Therefore, we should consider their roles separately.

Vitamin A – This is necessary for the bones eyes and the various tissues in the skin. If your body does not the necessary amount of the vitamin A then it may face problems with the skin, bones, etc. it may also cause diseases as the colds influenza and other infections. With the improper supply of vitamin A the healing process of the body will slow down. This vitamin is also important for the storage mechanism of the fat in the body.

However, the most important effect would be the cause of the night blindness. We cannot see clearly in poor light conditions in this disease.

The vitamins B-complex – The deficiency of the vitamin B complex may affect the health of the whole body. This affects the cells of the body the eyes, the gastrointestinal tract, the liver, the nervous system Etc. In addition, this can affect the outer parts of the body as the hair, mouth, skin etc.

Vitamin C – Its deficiency causes effects as the anemia, the reduction in the resistance capacity of the body etc. in some people this causes bleeding of gums capillaries, etc. This also results in breathing problems, healing problems, poor digestion, stress etc. if the deficiency occurs in the children then there would be poor growth. In addition, they will frequently face the diseases.

Vitamin D – The deficiency of this vitamin will cause the deformation of bones and teeth. This will also affect the texture of the teeth. This also affects the nervous system skin, blood circulation etc.

Vitamin E – The deficiency of the vitamin E will give rise to problems with the metabolic processes, the prostate glands etc. It affects sexual health.

Vitamin K – This would affect the bones, and the blood constitution. This will also disturb the conversion of glucose into glycogen.
