There is always stress in everyone’s lives so what are the causes of stress? The causes of stress are many and varied. The causes of stress are different for each person. And the causes of stress vary from situation to situation. As far as causes of stress go, feeling out of control of what goes on in your life is a big causes of stress for a lot of people. At work, feeling like you have no say in how things get done and you have no control is one of the biggest causes of stress for an employee. And for the kids, this is also one of the greatest causes of stress.

The feeling like you are powerless and have no say in even your own life one of the big causes of stress. Kids need to feel like they have some control over their lives. The need to feel like they can be trusted to make correct decisions. For all people, feeling powerless and out of control is one of the major causes of stress. Causes of stress can vary greatly among people. What are v for one person may not be causes of stress for another person. To some people, the causes of stress are all the little bothersome things that come up all day, everyday. These causes of stress are minor events, but they add up

These causes of stress have a cumulative effect and some people find this cause of stress almost impossible to bear. The v for other people re the major events over which they have no control. Some people can make these causes of stress so much worse for themselves by obsessively watching the news. Know that there are twenty four hour news channels that are always broadcasting the worst news and can be causes of stress beaming directly into homes all over the world. These causes of stress can ruin you if you let them. Sure, we should have compassion for the human suffering that is going on all the time, but allowing the awareness of that to be causes of stress is not productive. It is very negative and stressful. You can become part of the problem instead of part of the solution by dwelling on the news…
