Therefore, people generally prefer the food that is rich source of the vitamins moreover; they supplement the diet with oral supplement of the vitamin in tablets form. However, this amount becomes more than required amount and these mega doses of the vitamins cause vitamin toxicity.</p>
<p>Vitamin d is required in the body and best source of this vitamin is sun. However, it does not mean to get vitamin D one has to stand in the sunlight more than the required time. More exposure to the sunlight causes the sunburn effect to the skin. Over does of the vitamin D leads to nausea and if it becomes severe, it will raise the problems of appetite loss, weakness, and abnormal heart rhythm</p>
<p>Over does of the vitamin A, will increases the heart risk symptoms of this heart risk are nothing but the headache, vomiting, giddiness it also lacks the coordination of muscles. Generally, vitamin a toxicity comes due to intake of large amount of the vitamin A within short period. Vitamin a will not just cause the heart risk but it also shows the spoiled nervous system or liver, birth defects.</p>
<p>Increased intake of vitamin B6 will gives rise to damaged nerves, and if it is not get cure it will show the serious side effects. Therefore, it becomes necessary to consume the intake of vitamin B6 in controlled manner.</p>
<p>Increased intake of vitamin C will generate kidney stone. It is not the case that if one is consuming vitamins more than the required amount will be toxic but consumption of single vitamin will also be toxic. Consumption of single vitamin more than requirement will decrease other vitamin levels in the body and this will gives rise to another problems. Theses problems are also serious and therefore one has to control the intake of particular vitamin.</p>
<p>Therefore, it is mandatory that one need to intake the proper amount of vitamins through the daily diet. High consumption of vitamins in the form of pills may become the toxicity but consumption through the regular diet will not become the toxicity and therefore one try to include the vitamins through regular diet.</p>

<p>Some of the vitamins can obtain only through the animals. Therefore, vegetarian food lacks behind in the vitamins. Generally, vegetarian peoples try to avoid the absorption of fats in the body so as to be secure with obesity, hypertension, heart ailments, strokes and other diseases. However, this decreases other vitamin levels in the body. Therefore, these peoples suffer mild or severe deficiencies of vitamins.</p>
<p>Almost al the vegetarians will be deficient prominently in vitamin B12 as it is found in animal meat. Therefore, these peoples try to include cereals, brewers yeast, and soy beverages in the breakfast. This will fulfill the required amount up to certain level.</p>
<p>Another deficiency vegetarian peoples may face is of vitamin D, to overcome this deficiency one need to be expose themselves in direct sunlight. With this body skin will be able to synthesis vitamin D. this will serve the problem in some extend.</p>
<p>Vegetarians who are vegans they refuse to consume food other than fruits, grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Therefore, these people&#8217;s lacks in vitamin B12 as it can be getting through eggs and dairy products.</p>
<p>There are some peoples who includes milk and dairy products in their diet and therefore these peoples are not that much deficient in the vitamins but little bit. Though they include these foods in their diets, they still need the extra does of vitamins.</p>
<p>Semi vegetarian peoples generally include chicken, fish, but no other types of meat. Therefore, these people are less deficient in vitamins in comparison with the pure vegetarian peoples. Therefore they does not need external supplement of the vitamins.</p>
<p>Though these peoples do not face the deficiency of vitamins, they need adequate amount of the vitamins. To serve this problem vegetarian need to supplement their food with oral consumption of the vitamin pills. This will be helpful in increasing the vitamin level inside the body.</p>

<p>They are responsible for the initiating, controlling and facilitating the various processes in the body. Therefore, they are very important. Our body requires a constant and regular supply of them as per the requirements. If our body does not get them in the right amount then some deficiency diseases may occur with the body.</p>
<p>The different vitamins play different roles in the body. Therefore, we should consider their roles separately.</p>
<p>Vitamin A &#8211; This is necessary for the bones eyes and the various tissues in the skin. If your body does not the necessary amount of the vitamin A then it may face problems with the skin, bones, etc. it may also cause diseases as the colds influenza and other infections. With the improper supply of vitamin A the healing process of the body will slow down. This vitamin is also important for the storage mechanism of the fat in the body.</p>
<p>However, the most important effect would be the cause of the night blindness. We cannot see clearly in poor light conditions in this disease.</p>
<p>The vitamins B-complex &#8211; The deficiency of the vitamin B complex may affect the health of the whole body. This affects the cells of the body the eyes, the gastrointestinal tract, the liver, the nervous system Etc. In addition, this can affect the outer parts of the body as the hair, mouth, skin etc.</p>
<p>Vitamin C &#8211; Its deficiency causes effects as the anemia, the reduction in the resistance capacity of the body etc. in some people this causes bleeding of gums capillaries, etc. This also results in breathing problems, healing problems, poor digestion, stress etc. if the deficiency occurs in the children then there would be poor growth.
