The Master Cleanse diet which is more commonly known as the Lemonade Diet was created by Stanley Burroughs. The Master Cleanse Lemonade diet consists of a person fasting in order that they may get rid of toxins from their body which have been able to enter the body because of an incorrect direct, they carry out little or no exercise and because their attitude to live is negative.
Diet Abs and Lemonade
There are a lot of people as yet who have not heard of the lemonade diet. What it basically is is a 10 day fast where the person carrying out will drink nothing but a special lemonade diet recipe drink details of which are shown below. In fact this form of fasting is becoming known as one of the best methods to be used for cleaning out your intestinal and colon walls. However, it is not really intended to be used as a weight loss program, but it certainly is effective in helping to balance the body and reboot a person's metabolism. By improving a person's metabolism you will often find that people using this particular cleansing method for their bodies lose weight also in some cases as much as 10lbs.
Protein, protein, protein. We all know that protein is the key to muscle building, but how much are you supposed to eat? And what about the other food groups, should they be left out?
These are questions people grapple with when wanting to build abdominal muscles (otherwise known as a six pack!).
A woman's abs diet is not vastly different to a man's in content. Rather the quantity can vary, depending on your body size.
First of all what anyone should remember is that technically the lemonade diet is not actually a diet. Rather it is very similar to a juice fast or a body cleansing treatment. This is because during the entire time that you are on this particular diet you will only be drinking lemonade along with just water, a salt water flush and herbal teas. You will not b able to consume any kind of food and this will even include soups. But just what kinds of lemonade diet results can a person expect to achieve when following the regime for this particular diet.
Consuming fiber in your abs diet recipe plan will help you feel fuller for longer, meaning those snack cravings will be kept at bay. High fiber foods like brown rice, vegetables and whole grains should be consumed on a daily basis.
Fruit is commonly misunderstood to be a fantastic ingredient in an abs diet recipe. But be warned that many fruits are high in sugar, so fruit intake needs to be kept to a minimum. I eat an apple or banana per day, and a few berries here and there as well for the antioxidant value.
There are many abs diet recipes around, and most consist for the most part of high protein foods such as lean meat, fish, eggs and high fiber foods. This is because these are the foods that are required to assist your fat burning and muscle building body sculpturing.
Abs diet recipes need not be boring at all. You can mix and match many different types of foods, and you certainly do not need to get bored eating the same foods over and over again.
When it comes to building abs muscles, your diet plays a larger part than you think.
The lemonade cleansing diet is a short term diet which is similar to a juicing fast. Whilst carrying out this particular cleansing diet you will need to follow it carefully and you will often carry it out for between 10 to 40 days. Whilst on this diet the sole source for all your energy and nutrients that your body needs comes from the lemonade which is made from freshly squeezed lemon juice, along with purified or spring water, cayenne pepper and Grade B maple syrup. But as well as drinking this mixture each day you will also need to drink a salt water flush and each evening before going to bed have a laxative herbal tea drink as well. Plus the only other drinks that you may be allowed to consume whilst on the lemonade cleansing diet are pure water and peppermint tea.
Your abs diet workout need not be necessarily overly strenuous or repetitive. In fact, I have many, many different exercises I do to tone my ab muscles.
Here I will outline just a couple of the abs diet workout exercises I undertake.
As you probably know, it is not at all beneficial to do these every single day. Three days per week is sufficient as your abs muscles need time to recover and grow for you to see the results.

This is my favorite abs diet workout. Why? Because it can be done almost anywhere, not just at the gym.
It is important that any one who is doing a lemonade diet is that they should follow the lemonade diet instructions to the letter. Unfortunately if not you will often find that the diet will not be as effective as you hoped. The lemonade diet is used by most people in order to help with the following.
1. People will use it when they have become sick in order to help treat either an acute or chronic condition.
2. Whilst other people will use it because their digestive system needs a rest and they want to cleanse it.
