Acne Prevention Vitamins
One of the reasons for the development of the vitamins can also be the deficiency of the vitamins in their body. This is because as the skin is also an important part of the body it needs proper nutrition and care if it has to remain healthy. The skin is in contact with the outside world, therefore the germs, and other types of infections or allergies first attack the skin. Therefore, the skin requires good health for combating these. This can happen only if you provide proper nutrients especially proper amount of vitamins to it.
The role of the vitamins
The different vitamins have different effects on the health of the skin.
Vitamin A- this plays an important role in the protective tissue of the skin. Moreover, the proper dose of vitamin in the diet will reduce the production of the sebum, which is mainly responsible for the acne. In addition to this also it helps in the repair work of the body. It is so important for the prevention of the acne that the doctors recommend its artificial dose.
Vitamin B-complex- these series of vitamins help in maintaining the tone of the skin. Moreover, it is a well-known fact that the stress and anxiety too can cause acne. These vitamins also reduce both of these. These also help for improving the blood circulation and metabolism.
Vitamin C – it has a good anti-inflammatory property. They also can penetrate the skin and therefore they can be useful for the prevention of the acne.
Vitamin Explorer – this is popular for application on the scars and marks on the skin. There is a belief that they help in healing. The modern research does not support this. Rather than this, it says that these can act as good antioxidants.
L-Carnitine – this too plays a good role of repairing the skin from damage. Therefore, they help in curing the wounds that develop from the acne.
These are some of the vitamins, which prove to be useful for the prevention of the problem of acne. Thus, most of them work as maintainers of good health of the skin. However, some of them also work for the preparation of antibacterial secretions. Alternatively, some of them also may work as antibacterial agents themselves. Therefore maintaining a good level of these vitamins in the body is always useful.
